OUR HASSLE-FREE POLICY FOR  EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS

Please record an unboxing video from start
to finish, showing the package and the
product. Without this video, we cannot
accept any complaints.

- Easy Exchanges: Need a different size or received a damaged item? No worries! You have a generous 4 days window from the delivery date to request an exchange. We only give a one-time exchange within 4 days of delivery.

- No Questions Asked Manufacturing Defect Policy: In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, we'll happily Exchange/Return your product after verification.

Size Exchange/Product Exchange: If the customer has any size issue with the product or wants a different product in place of the previous one then he/she needs to WhatsApp us at +91 9664570470

Conditions for Exchange

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The original packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Please Note: Reverse pick-up  not be available . In this case the customer is requested to send back with the customer name and mobile on it. Exchange are allowed on size issues only. Exchange will not be issued on product exchange. All purchases made on offers and discounts are non exchangeable.

Return : We don’t take returns on items sold once.

    Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it’s a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.

    Cancellation Made Easy:

    • Queenvastra allows you to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order kindly once check the terms of the cancellation.
    • If you wish to cancel the order kindly ensure that you cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order ( If Status changed as shipped within 24 hours then also we cannot cancel order as order moved from our warehouse ). 
    • Order once moved to shipped can not be cancelled.
    • If order had been cancelled by us then only Refund will be procedure within 7 days by same payment method.
    • In case you cancel your order before the order is shipped – you will be issued a refund within 7 days of the cancellation order. If you do not get your amount within 7 days of cancellation you can raise request on

    When Exchange is not accepted?

    1. Exchange not accepted due to color Difference. 10 % Colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
    2. Exchanges are not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. As we use the best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you please read all the details before placing the order. 
    3. Exchanges are not accepted if the piece is specially customised of the customer.

    Color and Description Discrepancy:

        The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details, and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online. Queenvastra believes that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur with respect to the actual color of the outfit received.

    Embellishment Related Issues:

        Apparel consisting of embellishments like beads and sequences usually has the tendency to come off.  Even with perfect handling, care and packaging this cannot be completely avoided. During physical transit, some of them may come loose, hence if you see such situations arise when you unpack or wear your attire, do not worry as it is a common issue.
